Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a service and maintenance contract for Omnicell automation equipment resources. The contractor will be responsible for providing telephone support, remote software and interface diagnostics, on-site support, repair/replacement parts, and software updates and upgrades. The contract will be for a base year with the option to renew. The contractor must have experience in providing similar services and must be able to demonstrate their capability to meet the requirements.
• The contractor must provide 24/7 telephone support and on-site support as needed.
• The contractor must provide remote software and interface diagnostics via a secure server.
• The contractor must provide repair/replacement parts and software updates and upgrades.
• The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to healthcare facilities.
• The contractor must be able to demonstrate their capability to meet the requirements.
