The County of Gwinnett is seeking qualified towing companies to provide on‑call wrecker services for both public‑safety agencies (police and sheriff districts) and county fleet management. Services include 24/7 response, defined response‑time targets, fixed per‑tow rates, mileage, and storage fees, along with strict facility, equipment, personnel, insurance, and reporting requirements. Up to four one‑year renewal options may be exercised, allowing a maximum contract term of five years.
• Provide light/medium‑duty and heavy‑duty wrecker services across six public‑safety districts with specific fleet minimums.
• Deliver county‑wide fleet‑management towing for light, medium, heavy, medical, and fire apparatus under fixed pricing schedules.
• Maintain a qualified facility in Gwinnett County with ≥200‑vehicle storage, security fencing, 24‑hr video surveillance, and an on‑site lift (or disclosed off‑site lift).
• Meet stringent performance metrics (≤30 min for light/medium police calls, ≤45 min for heavy, ≤4 hr for fleet) and submit quarterly performance reports.
