Description
The City of Madison is seeking a contractor to provide PDF remediation services that meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. The contractor will be responsible for remediating a large volume of web-based documents (10k+) with page counts from 1 to 100+. The work must be completed within a 12-month period from the contract date. The contractor must have a secure system for tracking progress on document remediation and returning documents once they are remediated. The contractor must also guarantee that all work is completed within the United States and guarantee availability during normal business hours.
• The contractor must meet the minimum vendor requirements outlined in the RFB document.
• The contractor must provide a per page pricing structure for remediation based on the tier of complexity.
• The contractor must have experience with PDF remediation and accessibility compliance.
• The contractor must be able to handle large batches of documents and provide a secure system for tracking progress and returning documents.
