The Cabinet is seeking an external independent third-party review. The proposal will be evaluated based on three criteria: Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal, and Oral Presentation. The Technical Proposal is worth 1000 points, the Cost Proposal is worth 400 points, and the Oral Presentation is worth 200 points.
• The RFP includes a no-bid response form for vendors who are unable to participate.
• Vendors are asked to provide feedback on the specifications, including whether they are too restrictive or unclear.
• The RFP includes a section for vendors to provide further remarks or comments.
