Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) Service Contracting Department is seeking to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the rental of two Blolite Equipment Units. The equipment will be used to blow fiber throughout naval vessels. The contract will be awarded on a sole source basis to Prysmian Cables And Systems USA, LLC. The period of performance is from June 26, 2026, to June 25, 2027.
* The contractor must provide a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) that is valid for 60 days.
* The contractor must provide a breakdown of all cost elements that make up the total price.
* The contractor must submit a self-certification of Technical Capability.
* The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
