Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified landscaping contractor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance services for five parks and one recreation building in the Southwest and North sections of the County. The work includes weekly mowing, edging, blowing, bed and island pruning, tree‑well care, pesticide application (licensed technician required), and detailed reporting for each visit. The contract is a term agreement lasting one year (June 5 2026 – June 4 2027) and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• Provide minimum three active crews (each crew ≥ 3 members) with all labor, tools, equipment, and required Georgia Category 24 pesticide applicator license.
• Perform weekly service March‑Oct and bi‑weekly service Nov‑Feb, submit property service reports and pesticide logs within 24 hours of each visit, and respond to County inquiries within 4 hours.
• No subcontractors permitted; must carry specified insurance limits and be E‑Verify registered.
• Quote must be submitted electronically or hard copy by 3 PM Oct 19 2026, with required attachments (quote schedule, qualifications, references, affidavits, licenses, insurance certificates).
