Washing Machines and Dryers

The University of Northern Iowa is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide washing machines and dryers. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities, technicalities, or informalities in proposals. The proposal constitutes an offer by the company, which shall remain open and irrevocable for a period of 90 calendar days from the proposal due date. The company must be licensed to do business in the state of Iowa and comply with all applicable laws and provisions. • The university is exempt from federal excise taxes, state, and local sales and use taxes on the services. • The company shall procure all necessary permits and licenses and abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. • The company shall pay any sales, use, personal property, and other taxes arising out of this contract and the transaction contemplated hereby. • The university reserves the right to request additional documents or proposal clarifications after the due date and time for proposal submission.
