Ride Share Services

The Department of State is conducting market research to determine the availability and abilities of firms that can provide rideshare services for Department personnel. The contractor will transport DOS employees and contractors between the Harry S. Truman Building (HST), destinations within the National Capital Region (NCR), and any location nationwide in the United States and its territories where rideshare services are available. The contractor will provide these services to support official government business. The key requirements of the contract include: • Providing rideshare transportation services for DOS personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, nationwide • Allowing DOS personnel to request rides using a mobile application or text message • Providing real-time trip management and GPS tracking • Protecting all passenger and trip information • Designating a single point of contact (POC) for all contract-related communications
