Description
The City of Quincy, Massachusetts, seeks an independent contractor to provide IT support services to the MassHire South Shore Workforce Development Board, the South Coastal Career Development Administration, and the MassHire South Shore Career Center. The contractor will maintain and administer computer networks, diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, and provide managed services for servers and workstations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, or other system problems
• Providing managed services for 3 physical servers and 3 virtual servers
• Providing managed services for approximately 100 workstations and laptops running Windows
The City of Quincy reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to accept any proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
