Description
Bowie State University is seeking a qualified transportation vendor to provide scheduled shuttle services for students. The services will include weekday on-campus transportation and weekend on-campus/off-campus transportation. The selected vendor will operate safe, reliable, ADA-accessible shuttle vehicles and provide licensed, professionally trained drivers. The vendor must demonstrate experience in higher education transportation environments. Key responsibilities will include:
• Operating shuttle vehicles in a safe and reliable manner
• Providing licensed and professionally trained drivers
• Maintaining ADA-accessible vehicles
• Demonstrating experience in higher education transportation environments
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
The contract term will be for a period of one year, with an option to renew for two additional periods of one year each. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract.
