Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source contract to Partners for Performance, Inc. for Human Element Training services. The goal of the training is to build a healthy culture consisting of trust, open communication, and psychological safety where every employee feels valued and empowered. The training will be a major step in that direction because it focuses on developing self-awareness in every individual. The training is for 25 people and includes all materials, two master trainers, and one senior trainer. The training will take place in a four-day session with follow-up phone or video calls as requested to each participant if they choose to do so.
• The training will be held in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.
• The period of performance starts on August 10, 2026, and ends on August 24, 2026.
• The total cost of the training is $35,000.
