Biohazard Clean-up and Sanitation Services

The San Mateo County Sheriff's Office is seeking a company to provide biohazard waste clean-up and disposal, decontamination, and sanitation services. The selected company will be required to respond 24/7 to provide these services. The scope of work includes cleaning and decontaminating the Sheriff's Office property and evidence, restoring contaminated property, and disposing of biohazard waste. The company must have a minimum of four years of experience providing similar services and have an account manager with at least two years of experience. • The company will be required to provide all necessary equipment and supplies. • The company will be required to respond to urgent requests within 60-90 minutes and standard requests within 24 hours. • The company will be required to provide a detailed plan for meeting the performance measures, including response time metrics, completion and service quality, compliance and documentation, environmental and safety metrics, and training and staff readiness. • The company will be required to provide references and a statement of minimum qualifications.
