The scope of services includes providing uniformed security guards in four categories: unarmed foot patrol, armed foot patrol, unarmed vehicular patrol, and armed vehicular patrol. Vendors must provide services in one or more of the eight geographic regions of the state. The contract term is expected to be five years, with the option for renewal. Some key requirements include:

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Providing vehicle and equipment maintenance
• Ensuring security guards are properly uniformed and equipped
• Maintaining accurate records and reports
• Cooperating with state agencies and law enforcement
The bid package submission deadline is March 21, 2024, at 11:00 am CST.
• Key services to be provided include: safeguarding agency employees and facilities, allowing only authorized persons access to buildings, maintaining activity logs, monitoring and investigating internal alarm systems, and responding to emergency situations.
• Vendors must have a field supervisor on-call 24 hours a day to deal with security issues.
• Additional services may be required by the Contracting Agency.
