Description
Delgado Community College is seeking bids for plumbing systems maintenance services. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew for up to two 12-month periods. The successful bidder will be required to provide maintenance services for multiple buildings on the college's campuses, including the City Park Campus, West Bank Campus, River City Site, Sidney Collier Site, and Maritime Center. The bidder must be commercially licensed and certified by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and have at least 8 years of commercial experience in plumbing maintenance.
• The contract will require the bidder to provide a project timeline if requested by the college.
• The bidder must be able to perform all work set forth in the specifications.
• The bidder must provide documentation verifying their experience as a plumbing contractor.
• The bidder must complete Attachment B, References Form, and submit it with their bid.
• The bidder must be registered, active, and in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State.
