Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide 25 laptops, specifically the Dell Pro Max 16/16XE MC16250 or equivalent, to replace antiquated systems used by a special unit. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor. The proposal should include product specifications, pricing, and a Mercury Affidavit. The evaluation criteria will be based on the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, authorization by the manufacturer or distributor, MSRP sheet, Mercury Affidavit, and price.
• The contractor must provide new and unused equipment.
• The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
• The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of required services and deliverables for installation services.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of warranty requirements and deliverables for the manufacturer’s extended warranty.
