CPR and AED Training

The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for CPR and AED training services. The bid includes two items: CPR training and certification, and AED training and certification. The city is looking for a vendor to provide these services, and the bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The bid opening date is April 6, 2026, at 9:00 AM. • The city requires vendors to submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing. • Vendors must register through PHLContracts to submit quotes. • The city encourages vendors to submit the Agreement by attaching it to their vendor profile at the time of registration. • The city makes no warranty or representation with respect to the quality, content, accuracy, completeness, freedom from computer virus, or non-infringement of proprietary rights of PHLContracts.
