The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for supporting training and participant payments for Family Support Services (FSS) parent and youth advisory councils from state Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 through FY 2029 and any additional ongoing supports identified. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to outline the strategy for supporting the FSS parent and youth advisory councils. This support will include training, technical assistance, payment, and reimbursement for meeting participation, travel, meals, and childcare.
