FMLA and PPL Administration Service

The City of Phoenix is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Administration Services and Paid Parental Leave (PPL) Administration Services for benefit-eligible City employees. The contract will commence on or about January 1, 2027, and will be for a period of five years. The vendor will be responsible for providing services that meet the minimum qualifications and scope of work outlined in the solicitation. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing FMLA and PPL administration services to City employees • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations • Providing customer support and guidance on complex compliance issues • Managing the buy-up vision plan services for the City • Ensuring high-quality and competent customer support to the City and its participants • Providing a detailed project schedule and timeline for implementation • Ensuring protection of information privacy and adherence to deadlines
