Description
The Alabama Department of Youth Services is seeking a contractor to provide nightly janitorial and custodial services, plus periodic deep‑clean tasks, for its 42,000‑sq‑ft Employee Training Center in Montgomery. The work includes two nightly cleaning shifts (Monday and Thursday after 5 PM), weekly window and porch cleaning, quarterly deep‑cleaning of concrete floors and fixtures, and semi‑annual carpet shampooing. A mandatory site‑visit on 30 January 2026 is required; day‑porter services are optional and not evaluated. Contractors must manage key‑card access, submit approved cleaning‑product lists, and ensure all staff pass background checks.
• Nightly cleaning (2 nights/week) covering offices, bathrooms, break rooms, training rooms, elevator, courtyard, etc.
