Description
The Alaska Railroad Corporation (ARRC) seeks a full‑service advertising and marketing firm to support its corporate‑wide promotional initiatives. The contractor will provide strategic counsel, creative development, media planning & placement, research, analytics, and reporting for a variety of traditional and digital channels. Work will be performed on an as‑needed basis via task orders, with an initial two‑year contract period (option to extend up to five years). Proposals must be submitted electronically via Dropbox and a hard‑copy mailed by October 27, 2026. Minimum qualifications include at least five years of comparable work and current service to five similar public or private entities.
