Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for a GE Venue Go R4 ultrasound unit to be used in conjunction with the CathLab at the Amarillo VA Medical Center. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, including the Venue Go R4 Focus Package, and for installing the system. The installation must follow guidelines from The Joint Commission, NFPA, CDRH, and VAMC, and must be turn-key.
• The equipment to be installed includes the Venue Go R4 Focus Package, 3SC-RS Phased Array Probe, L4-12t-RS Linear Array Probe, L10-22-RS Linear Array Probe, and Venue Go Cart.
• The installation will be monitored by Clinical Engineering to ensure everything is installed as planned and in a timely manner.
• The place of performance will be at 6010 Amarillo Blvd West, Amarillo, Texas 79106, BLDG 1, 4th Floor.
