Circuit Rider Technical Assistance Program

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide Circuit Rider Technical Support Services for the USDA Rural Development Rural Utility Service. The contract will be a 5-year firm-fixed price type contract, and the contractor will be required to provide labor, personnel, supervision, and any other necessary items to perform the services nationwide. The contractor will be responsible for providing technical assistance to rural utilities and will be expected to have experience working with the Government's stringent standards and regulations. Some key aspects of the job include: • Providing technical assistance to rural utilities • Meeting contractual requirements and exceeding expectations • Cooperating with Government personnel • Correcting deficiencies in a timely manner • Meeting volume orders in a timely manner • Providing effective quality control and/or inspection procedures to meet contract requirements
