TEGUC-Preventive Maintenance for Generators at NEC

The United States Department of State (DOS) requires services to provide preventive maintenance for generators at the New Embassy Compound in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The contractor shall perform all preventive maintenance services, provide emergency assistance, and supply necessary parts and materials. The contract will be for a period of one year with an option to extend for an additional year. • The contractor shall perform preventive maintenance services for diesel generator prime movers, alternators, fuel, cooling, ventilation, and lubrication systems. • The contractor shall provide emergency assistance for generator support within 24 hours of being contacted by the COR. • The contractor shall supply necessary parts and materials, including oil, fluids, filters, and preventive maintenance parts. • The contractor shall provide troubleshooting and repair manuals for the type of generators covered under the agreement. • The contractor shall have an active subscription to the CATERPILLAR ET service program and provide a CATERPILLAR communicator to interface with generators.
