Medical Screening Services - Sources Sought Notice

The Department of Commerce is seeking potential sources to provide medical screening services for the Bureau of Industry and Security. The services include pre-employment medical exams, periodic medical surveillance, and medical clearance examinations. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and facilities to perform the services. The contractor will also be required to monitor performance and ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the approved Quality Control Plan. • The contractor will perform medical exams, including physical examinations, laboratory testing, and vision testing. • The contractor will provide review by a board-certified occupational health specialist physician. • The contractor will submit reports, including a monthly progress report and completed medical examination reports. • The contractor will ensure that all services are performed in accordance with the approved Quality Control Plan.
