Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Boston Healthcare System intends to award a firm-fixed, sole source contract for Elekta Mosaiq Radiation therapy software and support to Elekta Inc. The contractor shall provide one-year software license for Elekta Mosaiq radiation therapy software and support. The scope of work includes downloading software, upgrades, patches, and performing maintenance of the MOSAIQ system. The contractor must provide certified technicians, labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supervision, and other items necessary to accomplish the deliverables.
• The contract is for a one-year period from December 15, 2025, to December 14, 2026.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations.
• The contractor must ensure the security and confidentiality of VA information.
• The contractor must report any unauthorized disclosures of information to the Contracting Officer.
• The contractor must return all VA information and equipment to the VA upon completion of the contract.
