Aquatics / Waterpark Management Services ("Pool Management Services")

The City of Stonecrest is seeking bids from qualified and experienced bidders to provide Aquatics/Waterpark Management Services at the Browns Mill Family Aquatic Center. The services include overseeing daily operations, providing staff, collecting payments, conducting service training, and maintaining pool records. The contractor must provide licensed and certified lifeguards, lifeguard supervisors, and pool maintenance staff. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the pool area, including cleaning, inspecting, and preparing equipment, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. • The contractor must have previous experience in performing similar services in the State of Georgia within the last three years. • The contractor must possess all required state, federal, and local licenses and certifications. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, workers' compensation, and professional liability insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable state and federal workers' compensation laws.
