Multi Year Hosting and Support Folio (Software) and MetaDb (Reporting)

The Middle Tennessee State University is seeking bids for a multi-year contract to provide hosting and support services for their FOLIO software and MetaDb reporting solution. The current contract is up for renewal, and the new contract will be for one year with an option to renew for four more years. The university requires hosting and support services for FOLIO, MetaDb, and a FOLIO development environment. They also utilize VuFind as their Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) and are interested in open-source software. • The contract is for a minimum of one year and a maximum of five years. • The university requires FOLIO hosting, FOLIO support, MetaDb hosting, and a FOLIO development environment. • Additional services such as MetaDb support, VuFind hosting, VuFind support, and VuFind development environment may be requested at an additional cost. • The university prefers open-source software and has little interest in migrating to closed-source programs.
