Compressed Medical-Grade Oxygen

The City of Austin is seeking a qualified vendor to provide compressed medical-grade oxygen in tanks of various sizes. The contract includes delivery to multiple storage locations and scheduled exchange of empty tanks for full ones. The vendor must demonstrate expertise in providing medical-grade oxygen, manage cylinder accountability, and ensure uninterrupted delivery. The contract term is 24 months, with optional extensions. • The vendor must provide FDA and USP grade medical oxygen. • The vendor must have a minimum of 3 consecutive years of experience providing compressed medical-grade oxygen. • The vendor must submit a written plan for cylinder accountability, delivery, and billing. • The vendor must provide medical grade oxygen in various cylinder sizes. • The vendor must accomplish restocking of designated storage locations per schedule and maximum authorized stock level. • The vendor must generate an e-delivery ticket for each stop. • The vendor must demonstrate the ability to provide medical grade oxygen in the event of a major medical emergency.
