Description
The Osawatomie State Hospital is seeking a contractor to remove and replace a Fire and Security Station located on the hospital campus. The scope of work includes removing existing steam and condensate piping, installing new steam and condensate piping, installing a new suspended grid ceiling, and installing a new heat pump system.
• The project requires a bid guaranty of 5% of the total amount bid.
• The successful bidder will be required to file a performance bond in an amount equal to 100% of the price bid.
• The project is subject to the Kansas Act Against Discrimination and the Kansas Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable state and federal anti-discrimination laws and regulations.
