TCC Emergency UPS Replacement

The Telecommunications Center (TCC) requires a full replacement of its existing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system. This includes demolition of the current UPS and associated infrastructure, renovation of the space to meet new equipment specifications, and installation of a modern, higher‑capacity UPS to ensure reliable power for critical broadcasting operations. The project is structured as a traditional Design‑Bid‑Build procurement and will be executed by a qualified contractor with experience in electrical and mechanical installations. • Remove and responsibly dispose of the existing UPS and related components. • Perform necessary demolition, structural modifications, and finish work to accommodate the new system. • Install, integrate, and test a new UPS system meeting the center’s power reliability and capacity requirements. • Provide documentation, training, and warranty support for the installed equipment.
