Description
Texas State Technical College is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide grounds maintenance services at the Marshall campus. The goal is to keep the campus safe, clean, and well-maintained for students, staff, and visitors. Services will include routine and seasonal landscape maintenance.
• The contract will be from the execution date through August 31, 2026, with one optional one-year renewal based on performance and agreement by both parties.
• An optional pre-proposal conference will be held on February 10, 2026, at 10:00am CST.
• Suppliers must submit their bid via TSTC’s Rsolution system and must also include all bid requirements with response to avoid disqualification.
