Ohio Reformatory for Women is seeking a qualified contractor to replace and upgrade the heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems throughout multiple campus buildings (Arn, J.G. Cottage, Marysville Dormitory, OPI, Powerhouse, Rogers Dormitory, Shirley Dormitory). The scope includes demolition of existing equipment, installation of new boilers, circulating pumps, rooftop and indoor units, ductwork, piping, controls, and associated electrical upgrades, as well as integration with a building‑automation system. The contract is a general‑contract award with three optional alternates for duct‑cleaning services and a $40,000 electrical allowance. Bids are submitted electronically via BidExpress and must meet domestic‑steel, prevailing‑wage, EDGE participation, and security requirements.
• Mechanical work: new condensing boilers, pumps, RTUs, AHUs, exhaust fans, duct & pipe replacement.
