Description
Rockford Public Schools is seeking a single Internet Service Provider to service the entire school district. The selected contractor will be responsible for implementing the solution, including connection to the existing network head end, coordination with the Owner's Operational Technology staff, and providing bandwidth change based on monthly recurring rates. The contractor must have a minimum of two years of experience with the current quoted solution, and the assigned contractor representative must have at least three years of project experience with similar scope of work. The project requires the contractor to present a quotation that includes detailed information about the implementation and cut over testing tasks, milestones, and conversation steps.
• The contractor must provide a project plan that includes the estimated timeline to deliver the solution, performance milestones, and names and roles of professional staff assigned to the project.
• The contractor must explain in detail post-implementation support.
• The contractor must provide pricing in a matrix form, including a 3-year contract, dedicated internet access, IPv4 blocks, and monthly recurring costs.
• The contractor must have an E-rate SPIN and a 2026 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC.
