Description
The Pioneer Charter School of Science II is seeking qualified trade contractors for the construction of a new modular school building and related site work at their Peabody campus. The project will be delivered through a Construction Manager at Risk (CM at Risk) method with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) under M.G.L. Chapter 149A. The estimated total project construction cost is $18,000,000, and the project duration is approximately 270 days.
