Field Emission Electron Probe Microanalyzer

The Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a Field Emission Electron Probe Microanalyzer (EPMA) through this Request for Proposal (RFP). The EPMA will be used for various scientific research purposes. The proposal should include a technical proposal, price proposal, exceptions/non-compliance, conditions of proposal/assumptions, and supplementary requirements. The offeror must provide a detailed technical approach, methodologies, and schedule for completion of the work. The proposal must be submitted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and be valid for 120 days. • The EPMA should meet the specifications outlined in Attachment C. • The purchase price must include all shipping and transportation costs, required surveys, tariffs, and training. • The offeror must provide a company profile, signing authority, and proposal validity statement. • The proposal may be subject to a government price audit.
