Budget estimate

$500,000 – $2,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate because the document does not provide a specific dollar amount. However, based on the complexity of the technology and the fact that it is a sole source contract, the budget could be substantial. A possible estimate could be in the range of $500,000 to $2 million, considering the cost of research and development, manufacturing, and testing of the electrolysis stacks and fuel cell stack. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the technology, the scope of work, and the experience and qualifications of the contractor.
