R614--Document Destruction Services Request for Information

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide on-site confidential shredding services for paper documents at the Providence VBA Regional Office. The contractor will be responsible for providing scheduled service every two weeks and unscheduled services as needed. The contractor must comply with VA Directive 6371 and provide a Certificate of Destruction after each shredding service. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with four one-year option periods.
