Work-Based Learning Platform Sole Source

The Colorado Department of Higher Education is seeking a sole source procurement for a work-based learning platform. The platform should enable coordination of a consortium of selected institutions of higher education, provide faculty support and curriculum alignment, and offer an online marketplace for structured project-based learning. The vendor should also provide project-based learning models, statewide data and reporting, and institutional support and training. The contract period is from 5/1/2026 to 6/30/2029, and the estimated total dollars for this procurement is $975,000.00. • The platform must enable institutional faculty, career services/workforce teams, and CDHE access to real-world projects aligned with curricula. • The vendor must support alignment of real-world industry-sponsored projects with course outcomes, curriculum, and experiential learning models. • The platform must provide an online marketplace for project posting, review, matching, and student tracking. • The vendor must supply data on project impact, student participation, employer engagement, and overall participation. • The platform must provide comprehensive onboarding and training for faculty, students, and employers.
