Firm-Fixed-Price type for comprehensive service and support agreement for various imaging equipment manufactured by Hologic located at multiple facilities within the region served by the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service.

The Indian Health Service, Great Plains Area, is seeking a firm-fixed-price contract for comprehensive maintenance service and support for various Hologic imaging equipment at multiple facilities. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year option periods. The contractor will provide all parts, labor, and services necessary for calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair of the equipment. The contractor must have experience in managing delivery of services and providing qualified personnel. • The contract will cover equipment at multiple facilities, including Pine Ridge Hospital, Rosebud Hospital, Turtle Mountain Service Unit, and Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center. • The contractor will be required to provide a schedule for future services and comply with OEM recommended intervals. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary parts, labor, and services for unscheduled maintenance and repair. • The contract will include a warranty for all parts and labor for at least 30 days.
