Description
The Department of Air Force, Air Force Reserves Command (AFRC), is seeking a contractor to provide advanced trauma and emergency medical training services. The contractor will be responsible for delivering nationally recognized certification courses, including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), TCCC-CLS (Tactical Combat Casualty Care - Combat Lifesaver), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). The training will be conducted within the Continental United States (CONUS) and will comply with the standards established by applicable governing organizations. The contractor will provide certified instructors, maintain all required instructor credentials, administer student scheduling and certification requirements, coordinate training resources, and furnish all equipment and facilities necessary to successfully perform the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The key aspects of the job include:
• Providing turnkey training and program administration solution for Advanced Trauma Training courses
• Delivering nationally recognized certification courses for approximately 2,500 AFRC medical personnel
• Conducting training at qualified civilian trauma centers capable of supporting advanced trauma education and clinical skills sustainment
• Complying with the standards established by applicable governing organizations
• Providing certified instructors and maintaining all required instructor credentials
