Description
The County of San Mateo is seeking bids for a one-year renewal of Aruba Foundation Care. The selected vendor will provide the latest versions of HPE Foundation Care for Aruba licenses, maintenance support, technical support, and timely updates throughout the contract period. The scope of work includes providing 24/7 technical support, software maintenance, and regular updates to the HPE Foundation Care for Aruba software. The vendor must also designate a customer service representative to oversee the license renewal process and be the primary point of contact for any issues that arise during the contract period.
