SOLE SOURCE NOTIFICATION: Kitco Fiber Optics, Inc Fiber Optics Testing Kits and Build Kit

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is seeking to purchase Fiber Optics Testing Kits and Build Kits from Kitco Fiber Optics, Inc. on a sole source basis. The kits will be used to support the NAWCAD WOLF (DIVISION NAME). The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. Interested vendors must be approved resellers/distributors as verified by the OEM and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contract requires the delivery of specific items, including a Shipboard Kit, Navy Quad Test Kit, and IUID Labels. • The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for each item delivered. • The contract includes clauses related to item unique identification, valuation, and reporting. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxation, employment, and environmental protection. • The contract will be awarded based on the offeror's ability to meet the requirements specified in the solicitation.
