The Department of Veterans Affairs (VISN 20) is conducting a market‑research “Sources Sought” notice to identify qualified vendors—particularly Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), and other small manufacturers—that can supply PAR Excellence weight‑based inventory management system (WBIMS) cabinets, associated software, and related installation and training services for medical supply storage. The requirement includes four double‑wide medical cabinets (part PX5732) and five shelves (part PX7540), plus full installation, wiring, calibration, software configuration, and user training at the Puget Sound Health Care System in Seattle, WA. Vendors must be authorized distributors or service providers for PAR Excellence, provide a one‑year warranty, and ensure integration with existing VHA IT systems.
