The City of Tulsa’s Water & Sewer Department is seeking a single, fully‑configured Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP‑OES) with autosampler, auto‑dilution system, computer, and software to support water‑quality testing. The bid must be submitted in sealed envelopes by the deadline, and the award will be based on the lowest responsive and technically compliant bid. The contract is initially for one year, with up to four optional one‑year renewals and possible 90‑day extensions.
