Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) is seeking a service provider to offer real estate analytical services, including access to a comprehensive commercial real estate data and analytics platform, research tools, market intelligence, and related support services. The selected service provider will support HACLA's Asset Management and related departments with ongoing real estate due diligence, portfolio analysis, market research, acquisition evaluation, and strategic planning activities. Some key services include:
• Access to a national commercial real estate database
• Real estate market analytics and trend reporting
• Due diligence support for prospective acquisitions, dispositions, partnerships, financing opportunities, and development projects
• Property research tools
• Access to demographic, economic, geographic, and mapping data
• Development pipeline and construction activity tracking
• Ownership and tenant research tools
• Sales and lease comparable analysis tools
• Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping functionality and spatial analysis tools
• Portfolio monitoring and reporting capabilities
• Access to market research reports, industry insights, and analyst support services
• Technical support, onboarding assistance, and user training services for HACLA staff
