AUDIOVISUAL EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES

The Wake County Public School System is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver audiovisual equipment and accessories. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. The vendor must provide separate, itemized pricing for installation services when requested. The estimated quantities of the items are based on the need for camera replacements during the school year ending June 2026. • The contract requires the vendor to provide audiovisual equipment and accessories, including LG TVs, Peerless security smart mounts, and Tripp-Lite surge protectors. • The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products and/or equipment offered in this IFB. • The vendor must provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization with its bid response. • The vendor must be licensed and approved to do business in the State of North Carolina. • The vendor must obtain all required permits for any installation modifications that require permitting.
