STEC Simulated Clean Room at TCC South Campus

The Tarrant County College District is soliciting proposals for the construction of a new simulated cleanroom and gowning area/classroom at the TCC South Campus. The project aims to support instruction in semiconductor production and includes selective demolition, modification of existing conditions, interior construction, and installation of a modular cleanroom enclosure/system. The work will be performed under a single prime, lump-sum construction contract. • The project is located at 5301 Campus Drive, Fort Worth, Texas 76119, Building ID 11B. • The scope of work includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. • A virtual initial public conference is scheduled for June 03, 2026, and a non-mandatory walk-through is scheduled for June 04, 2026. • The estimated budget for the project is $1,300,000.
