Forest Grove PSH - CM/GC RFP.

The Washington County, Oregon is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for the Forest Grove PSH project. A pre-proposal conference will be held on April 15, 2026, at 9:00 am. Proposals must be received by April 27, 2026, at 1:00 pm. The County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements.
