Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals for the rental of heavy commercial industrial on-road and off-road maintenance equipment, including loaders, dozers, and motor graders, for the winter season. The equipment will be used to support the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) in critical snow and ice events throughout the state. The contract is anticipated to be from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2028, with the option to extend up to an additional 36 months.
• The State is looking for responders to provide equipment that meets the specifications detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work.
• The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $400,000 to $500,000.
• Responders must submit their proposals through the SWIFT Supplier Portal.
• A pre-proposal meeting will be held on August 6, 2026, via MS Teams.
