Request for Information (RFI) – Presort Mail Servi

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking information from qualified suppliers regarding their capabilities to provide mail pickup, transport, presort, reporting, and related operational services. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to solicit information that will be used to assist with the development of a solicitation for Presort Mail Processing Services, which may be released by the Commonwealth in the future. • The RFI seeks information on the supplier's capabilities, experience, and approach to providing presort mail services, including mail pickup, transport, presort, reporting, and related operational services. • The RFI includes a questionnaire with questions on the supplier's standard practices, equipment, and technology used in providing presort mail services. • The Commonwealth is seeking information on the supplier's ability to provide secure transport of sensitive or confidential mail, as well as their approach to addressing mail incidents during pickup or transport. • The RFI also seeks information on the supplier's pricing structure, postage savings, and any additional fees or cost considerations.
